Hugo Jarava Mobile Notary is committed to providing accurate, professional, and reliable notary and apostille services. Due to the nature of these services, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.

General Policy

All service fees are based on time, expertise, and administrative work performed. Notary and apostille services are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered or processing has begun.

By scheduling and paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Mobile Notary Services and apostille services 

  • Notary fees are non-refundable once the notarization has been completed.

  • Travel, convenience, or mobile service fees are non-refundable once the notary has been dispatched or has arrived at the agreed location.

  • If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing documents, improper identification, or signer refusal, travel and convenience fees are still non-refundable.

  • Apostille service fees are non-refundable once document review, preparation, or submission has begun.

  • Government filing fees, shipping costs, and third-party fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by government agencies, incorrect documents provided by the client, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If an apostille request is canceled before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.
